The design, installation and installation of mechanical services on a new build student accommodation block and new LPG external distribution system to for existing and new buildings / plantrooms.

The Royal Ballet School, Dining Block &  White Lodge Refurbishment, Richmond Park.

The design and subsequent redevelopment of an existing 18th Century Grade ‘A’ Listed building and new dining hall extension block. The works include the installation of new boiler plant (600kw), hot water calorifiers, distribution pipework, replacement of sanitaryware and ventilation systems and new comfort cooling to a dance hall whilst the building is still functioning.
